Thin and uncomfortable pillows!!! Limited parking availability!!! Gym lacking essential equipment!!! My room had no coffee machine or fridge!!! Shower leaks created a wet floor issue !!!

From skeptic to believer

A modern hotel with friendly, well trained staff. Convenient transport options and close proximity to the beautiful English Gardens.

Pillows were uncomfortably flat, and limited parking created stress upon arrival, a real dampener for an otherwise pleasant experience.

I was offered a satisfactory breakfast with quality products.

Things I wish I knew before I tried it

Expect a peaceful retreat away from the city's bustle! The breakfast spread is excellent, and there's a friendly atmosphere with lovely staff. Enjoy easy access to transportation and a serene walk to the English Garden. Just be aware of a couple of minor quirks with shower design and the gym equipment.

The location is in very atractive part of Munchen with many restaurants and shops as well. Underground is very close also.

Hotel is exausted and neet repairment. Instead of normlal Two bed room they gave us small " French room" and it was very uncomfortable and confusing to share one bed with business partner.

The nearest train station is about a 5-minute walk. Good location, very friendly staff, clean bed room and shower room with bathtub. Having free wireless access is great. The overall price is a great value.

Nothing really stands out as a negative. Like many European hotels, there is no air conditioning, but that is typical.

We were given smoking room instead of non-smoking and hotel did not change the room when the problem was raised.

I had a good weekend at geisel. This stay exceeded my previous trips to munich with its modern design and tasty breakfast. The location was perfect for exploring nearby cafes and shops.

wifi coverage was spotty in my room.

The parking elevator is to small for some car models and it is a high risk to damage or scratch the car.The hotell would in general benefit from some painting work and change of carpets.

The location was fantastic, surrounded by charming cafes and shopping areas, and the staff were helpful, quickly assisting me with any inquiries. I particularly enjoyed the clean, modern design of the hotel, and the access to a lovely sauna for relaxation.

Pillows were a bit flat.

I really liked the location, it wasn't central Munich, but it was very easy to get to the center, ideal location in my eyes. Staff was friendly and helpful and spoke fluent English. The facilities are very nice, nothing to fancy, but it is nice. The rooms are very nice, free WiFi, nice beds, bathrooms, comfortable, sufficient room and such. Slept very nice there, it's a good deal for what you pay. I recommend the hotel

Good hotel for the price. Pretty close to the underground. Wireless connection is free and with good speed. They also have a pc connected to a printer to use in the hall.

The room we had was very quiet despite the Central location

Decor was dated - expensive for this reason
